A Large Weekend Coming Up...
Living here in the south has changed my life in many ways, and challenged my northern sensibilities. Of course, I met my wonderful wife Megan here, and we have two wonderful boys. I now talk a little slower (though I still talk just as much, if not more), I eat a little slower, and I speak much, much differently. For instance, the title of this post is 'A Large Weekend Coming Up...' Here in the south, I have heard, if something good (or bad) has happened or will happen to you, you would have had a large something or other. Joshua, Jonah, Megan and myself are about to have a large weekend. That's because a large contingent of Megan's family is coming here for Joshua's Bris. We'll have grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters and great friends to share this day with us. But it all surrounds The New Boy, and he is going to have a large weekend.
