Storms Come, Storms Go...
A rather endless cycle, I suppose. But we live in a world of cycles, of ups and downs, of triumphs and tragedies and of wins and losses. Ho hum.
Hanna has gone, and left us only with wet, soggy memories of a storm that was mostly an irritant, rather than a strong storm. She brought with her heavy rains and lashing winds, but left behind flooding. But as the cycles go, so must she, and she has, to be followed by Ike. Ick. This one could cause problems in the Gulf again, and that's one more thing they don't need. Another hurricane.
We'll be keeping our fingers crossed for our fellow humans in the Gulf, and in Cuba and anywhere Ike roams. May he cycle out of our memories with a quickness.
If everything goes according to plan, our big news will be revealed in this spot sometime tomorrow.
